Mercury Mambo, an awesome Hispanic marketing agency, is looking for a part-time office admin who is a motivated self-starter with mad organizational skills.
Requirements:
- Experience working in all office software programs i.e., Excel, Word, Google Calendar, etc.
- Basic understanding of Quickbooks and posses the ability to complete transaction entry as instructed
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
- Posses excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be detail and process oriented
- Enjoy working in a highly creative environment
General duties include but are not limited to:

File and organize

Data input and upkeep

Vendor relations
-
Calendar management
- Basic admin duties such as mailing, delivering, copying, filing, research, expense reports and general correspondence
- Errands
- Light office upkeep – keep an eye on the thirsty plants
Our ideal candidate is punctual, dependable, responsible, a quick learner, takes pride in their work, is meticulous about details, looks for solutions, is proactive, can stand their ground and enjoys a good laugh.
Roughly 15-20 hours a week, $15 per hour. Office is located in Central Austin. Available to start immediately.
